Honey, Fig and Pistachio Yoghurt Cake
- Beat it – whisk together all the ingredients except the flour.
- Blend it – fold in the flour.
- Top it off – sprinkle with the remaining pistachios
- Time for a cuppa – bake in a loaf tin for 40-45 minutes at 180°C/350°F/Gas 4.
- Finishing touches – drizzle with honey.
